First case of intracaval recurrence of high‐grade endometrial stromal sarcoma: A case report

Synopsis The present study reports the first case of high‐grade endometrial stromal sarcoma which occurred as tumor thrombus in the inferior vena cava. It was detected by chance during lymphadenectomy and radically resected.
