Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is common in patients with left heart disease and is present in varying degrees in patients with severe mitral valve disease. There is paucity of data regarding outcomes following transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVr) in patients with PH. For this study, we analyzed NIS data from 2014 to 2018 using the ICD-9-CM and 10-CM codes. Baseline characteristics were compared using a Pearson chi-squared test for categorical variables and independent samples t-test for continuous variables. To account for selection bias, a 1:1 propensity match cohort was derived using logistic regression. Trend analysis was- done using linear regression.
