Description
Summary:The influence of the heat treatment on the structure, phase composition and magnetic properties of the alloy Fe sub 73.7 Cu sub 1.0 Nb sub 3.2 Si sub `2.7 B sub 9.4 was investigated. The unique combination of the soft magnetic properties is reached by optimal treatments. As a result a high dispersed crystalline structure with the crystallites of size 10-20 nm arises. The phase composition corresponds to the number of the partly ordered solid solutions Fe--(20-28 at.%)(Si, B) and Fe sub 2 (Si, B), Fe sub 5 (Si, B) sub 3 compounds. The concentration inhomogeneities were revealed in the amorphous state. The crystalline phases are initiated by them.
