Summary: | Cryogenic thermoresistive and magnetoresistive sensors based on semiconductor microcrystals of Te, TeSe solid solutions, PbTe and PbSnTe have been developed. The galvanomagnetic properties of the sensors are studied in a wide range of cryogenic temperatures. The sensors have very small outline dimensions and their performances in many cases may be described by sufficiently simple formulae. |
