Possible regimes of generation of a semiconductor laser with a delayed optoelectric feedback
Periodic lasing regimes are described analytically. The conditions for their realization have been determined. Multistability has been discovered and the possibility is shown of observing the hysteresis effects. Two chaos producing mechanisms have been elucidated.
