Description
Summary:This item has been previously abstracted from original Russian. The melt of steel R6M5F3 is studied by x-ray method under different temperature-time conditions of treatment. It is found that transformations of microheterogeneous structure of the melt with a rise of temperature to 1750 deg C are associated with a change of the atom's package type. Structural state of powders of high-speed tool steels as a result of thermal-time treatment of the melt is characterized by higher degree of homogeneity due to an increase in dispersity and similarity of carbide-like areas.
