Magnetic properties of PrBa sub 2 Cu sub 2 MO sub 8 sub -sub y (M=Ta, Nb)

An antiferromagnetic transition at 9 K was observed for Pr sub 1 sub . sub 1 Ba sub 1 sub . sub 9 Cu sub 2 sub . sub 1 Ta sub 0 sub . sub 9 O sub 8 sub -sub y and at 10 K for PrBa sub 2 Cu sub 2 NbO sub 8 sub -sub y .
