Summary: | The problem of service life increasing for sucker-rod pumping station components, namely rubbing and corrosive pairs such as valve seat and ball or piston and cylinder, is discussed. The results of the experimental studies into the process of aluminizing by dipping realized in order to develop the industrial technology for the details surface treatment are analyzed. The aluminium melt was prepared in an induction crucible furnace. The aluminizing process was continuous. Its temperature was varied in the 770-780 deg C range. The field tests have revealed the applicability of the method suggested. The pump component service life was increased more than tenfold. |
