Summary:Title filaments were prepared using a low-cost suspension spinning method, where the solvent was removed by a phase inversion technique. Stoichiometry, porosity, and grain size were investigated by SEM, EDXA, and EPMA, while crystal structure was checked by XRD. Resistivity measurements, as a function of temp., were performed by the 4-point method and typical T sub / c / values of 88 K were observed; J sub / c / was approximately 125 A cm sup - sup 2 at 77 K and zero field.
