Summary: | The general kinetic behavior of a charged particle in the space of three celestial bodies' electromagnetic fields is studied. The equilibrium configurations of the dynamical system are given with all the variational equations and integrals. A procedure for locating the planar and the 3D equilibrium points is developed.
