Summary: | Electrophoretic deposition has been shown to be a promising method of fabricating silicate and high-melting non-metallic coatings. The effect of using a pulsed electrical current on the formation of enamel priming slip coatings on metal was studied. The manufacturing characteristics were established by factorial experiment. The models obtained allow electrophoretic coatings to be formed with the required mass and with deliberately controlled properties. 5 refs. |
