Summary: | Previously abstracted from original as item 199503-54-0276. An investigation has been performed into the chemical, phase and grain size compositions, the dispersity and shape of powder particles for the Sn(IV)-Sb-O system as well as into some electric properties of resistive thick films on their basis. Resistors exposed to short-term (2-4 h) high-temperature treatment (1270-1320K) are shown to offer optimum properties. As the antimony content rises up to 7.9%, the lattice parameters of a SnO sub 2 increases. With a higher antimony content, a complex oxide similar to Sb sub 2 O sub 4 in its composition is formed. |
