Summary:The effect of doping Sb sub(2)O sub(3) in Pb(Zr sub(0.54)Ti sub(0.46))O sub(3) is that the tetragonal degree (c/a) of PZT materials can be adjusted. The experiments indicate that the tetragonal degree(c/a) existes an optimum value after doping Sb sub(2)O sub(3) in PZT, correspondently, high piezoelectric activity material with d sub(33) identical with 570x10 super(-12)C/N, g sub(33) identical with 32x10 super(-3)VM/N can be obtained.
