Summary: | Pb(Ni sub(1/3)Nb sub(2/3))O sub(3) (PNN)-based composite ceramics with a low firing temperature (1000 degree C) and a high dielectric constant (3300) were prepared by the PbTiO sub(3) (PT) particle-coating method and mixed-sintering technique. The composite ceramics were obtained with X7R characteristics. The PT coating layer suppressed the formation of solid solutions between two PNN-based starting constituents in the low-temperature sintering process. |
