Summary: | Sol-gel B-Si-Pb glass-coated ZnO varistors with low breakdown voltage were prepared by chemical precipitation and sol-gel technology. Breakdown voltage and non-linear coefficient of the samples sintered at the same temperature increased with increasing glass content. Breakdown voltage of the samples based on the same composition decreased with increasing sintering temperature, while the change of non-linear-coefficient was not significant. 7 refs. |
