Summary: | This paper presents a Style-Associated Form Generation System (SAFGS) capable of creating three-dimensional forms of a style described by a designer. Its possibilities and potential are demonstrated through a working model. The system consists of a form-composing structure, a set of spatial and joining relationships and a set of form primitives. Used together, these permit flexible and meaningful control of form details. The system extends `custom design' to a new level that encompasses style. |
