Summary: | Thermal and electrical conductivity, thermal diffusivity of high density polyethylene, polystyrene/graphite composites were investigated in this paper. Two different types of graphite (different distribution of the particle size, different specific surface) were used. For HDPE/graphite composites, also mechanical properties were investigated. Experimental data were compared with some theoretical models. In a semicrystalline matrix (HDPE) different values for the percolation concentration for two types of graphite particles of different surface area were observed. |
