Description
Summary:The stepped aging from high-temperature to low-temperature stage is executed in heat treatment of aging ferromagnetic 45NKhT Ellinvar alloy of Fe-Ni-Cr system. The combined aging enables to optimize the strength and thermoelastic characteristics of alloy. Aging by mechanism of mixed decomposition is carried out via quenching from lowered temperature and stepped aging by falling down scheme. Optimum combination of strength and thermoelasticity is being achieved by intensification of continuous precipitation and restriction of fraction of discontinuous decomposition.
