Summary:One kind of automation equipment for producing SHS curved ceramic-lined composite pipes was introduced, and working process lined, method for realizing function and system structure of the automation equipment as well as structures and properties of curved ceramic-lined composite pipes produced with the equipment were given. It was proved from the practice that four subsystems in the equipment with ignition, measurement, control and execution which were centered around 89C52 micro-controller intelligent component was reliable and effective for automably producing curved ceramic-lined composite pipes in industry. Thickness of lined ceramics in curved composite pipes was even, and structures and properties of the curved composite pipes met requirements from engineering application. The success in manufacturing the automation equipment could render a guarantee from the machinery on realizing industrialization of the technique for producing SHS curved ceramic-lined composite pipes.
