Summary: | The crystal structure of lanthanum magnesium niobate was studied using HRTEM and XRD with conventional and synchrotron sources. The relative density of specimens sintered above 1350 C was above 96% of the theoretical density and the dielectric constant was about 27. The highest Q x f value of about 33000 was achieved for a specimen sintered at 1500 C for 4 h. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency ranged between -82 and -86 ppm/C. 10 refs. |
