Description
Summary:Electrical transport measurements on composite Fe 33.7Ta 9.5O 56.8 nanogranular magnetoresistive film prepared by supersonic plasma jet technique are reported. The temperature dependence of the resistance ln R∼T −1/2 correlates with a broad size distribution of Fe-nanocrystallites. The differential conductance G( V) curves reveal a presence of tunneling in the range 300–4 K. The shape of the G( V, T) curves below ∼160 K indicates the presence of Coulomb blockade.
