Grid combination method for hyperbolic grid solver in regions with enclosed boundaries

A hyperbolic grid solver for regions with prescribed grid points along all of the boundaries is developed. There are two drawbacks of two-dimensional grid generation--grid oscillation along the marching direction and the occurrence of shock-like grid distribution.
