Z′) impedance and the linear dependence of ϵ″ (ϵ′) dielectric constant revealed that the conduction mechanism in the present glass system is mainly ionic. The dc electrical conductivity, the activation energy and the relaxation energy are found to be sensitive to the glass composition. It is found from the obtained data that the MgO-P
2O
5 glass system can be divided into two compositional regions. |
