Summary:A new microwave dielectric ceramic based on the ZnO-TiO2-Nb2O5 system was investigated. The dielectric properties were characterised at microwave frequencies. A further study on the dielectric properties of 2.5ZnO-5TiO2-2.5Nb2O5 was also conducted.
