Summary:We present a HREM study performed on PbK2LiNb5O15 at room temperature where the compound presents a ferroelectric and ferroelastic phase. The results display ferroelastic domains and the quality of images allows the use of CRISP software, which permits to rule out one of both space groups proposed after X-ray diffraction refinements. The ambiguity on the structure is thus removed: the correct structure is with Pba2 symmetry.
