The third article, “The State of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice in Pediatric Fellowship Programs,” by Dr. Rashida Woods, Dr. Kevin Harris, Dr. John Coles Wiggins, Dr. Marcelle Wilson Davis, and Dr. Christopher Woleben describes the importance of DEIJ education during fellowship training in preparation for independent medical practice.
