Comparison of the absolute soft X-ray intensity between a cryogenic radiometer and an ion chamber
Absolute intensities of monochromatized soft X-rays from the synchrotron radiation source were measured sequentially using both a cryogenic radiometer and a multi-electrode ion chamber at a photon energy of 150.4 eV. The absolute intensities obtained by these methods were mutually compared to check...

Summary: | Absolute intensities of monochromatized soft X-rays from the synchrotron radiation source were measured sequentially using both a cryogenic radiometer and a multi-electrode ion chamber at a photon energy of 150.4 eV. The absolute intensities obtained by these methods were mutually compared to check reliability for the different measuring methods and agreed with each other within the uncertainty of about 10%. |
