Summary: | We read with great interest the article recently published by Abril-Pérez et al. in which they present a case of successful treatment of refractory actinic keratoses and field cancerization on the dorsum of the hands using 1% tirbanibulin ointment in a patient with sun-exposed and damaged skin. We think the case presented by the authors is very useful and we agree with many aspects of it and we wanted to report our own experience of using this drug for another dermatological cancer pathology, basal cell carcinoma. |
