Summary:In this paper we studied the distribution of local piezoelectricity in P(VDF-TrFE) ferroelectric films, and observed the coexistence of vibratory and non-vibratory domains. In all such experiments, we could observe the coexistence of in-phase vibratory domains with non-vibratory ones, or opposite-phase vibratory domains with non-vibratory ones, but no coexistence of in-phase domains with opposite-phase ones could be obtained. The origin of vibratory and non-vibratory domains was also discussed.
