Synthesis and characterization of PLZST prepared by coprecipitation

Lanthanum-doped lead zirconate titanate stannate (PLZST) nanosize powders were prepared by coprecipitation using cupferron as a precipitating agent. The morphology of the nanopowders was studied by SEM. The perovskite phase was observed in calcined powders. Polarisation-electric field (P-E) hysteres...

Description
Summary:Lanthanum-doped lead zirconate titanate stannate (PLZST) nanosize powders were prepared by coprecipitation using cupferron as a precipitating agent. The morphology of the nanopowders was studied by SEM. The perovskite phase was observed in calcined powders. Polarisation-electric field (P-E) hysteresis loops were measured by Sawyer-Tower circuit at room temperature.
