Summary: | ABSTRACTA 57-year-old man was incidentally found with 3 lesions located in bilateral kidneys, which were finally diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma (RCC) by postoperative pathology. 68 Ga-LNC-1007, also denoted as 68 Ga-FAPI-RGD, was synthesized from fibroblast activation protein inhibitor-02 (FAPI-02) and cyclic arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGD), which could target both FAP and integrin α v β 3 . RCC lesions demonstrated only slight 68 Ga-PSMA uptake, but intense tracer uptake on 68 Ga-LNC-1007 PET/CT. This case demonstrates the potential value of 68 Ga-LNC-1007 PET/CT for the evaluation of RCC. |
