Summary:There is increasing focus by corporations to support mental health in the workplace. This editorial will present an example of a corporation’s internally developed Mental Health Ally course which helped employees understand their role in advocating and promoting a positive culture of workplace mental health. The positive participant feedback received highlights the importance of having this type of global offering, but also serves as a call to action for further research to evaluate the longer-term benefits.
