Description
Summary:The paper presents the results of investigation on characteristics of an amperometric sulphur dioxide sensor equipped with Nafion ® membrane and containing various amounts of dimethylsulphoxide within internal electrolyte. Sensitivity, response time to SO 2 concentration change, and influence of measured gas flow rate have been investigated and compared. The sensor utilizes a three-electrode system, where working and counter electrodes have been vacuum sublimation deposited on the membrane surface.
