Summary: | Dibarium nona titanate (Ba2Ti9O20) dielectric ceramics were prepared through a solid-state route using raw materials from different manufacturers. The dielectric resonator properties were studied in the microwave frequency region. The impurities in the raw materials drastically affected the microwave dielectric properties of Ba2Ti9O20. The presence of TiO2, which reduces the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency, could be identified clearly by XRD. 26 refs. |
