Description
Summary:The incorporated evaporative condenser developed in this work comprises of a system of fins, basin of water condensates, circuit pump and system of drop cloud via spraying. In the whole provision a system of drop collector is also included for the minimisation of water escapes now essential for the operation of system. Actually, the present work aims on the development of such a device for the improvement of the performance of the cooling provision by creating dew point conditions and it is possible to be manufactured and adapted in existing air-cooled cooling groups or heat pumps of single or bilateral type, cooling force region for 0.3–3000 kW, as well as in the production of a new product (new type of air-cooled cooling groups or heat pumps, with incorporated the provision of evaporative condenser type). It has been concluded that the incorporated evaporative condenser improves the coefficient of performance of provisions up to 211% since it decreases the temperature difference of the compressor operation. It also maximizes the life duration of the cooling unit and brings energy saving up to 58% because of the necessary temperature difference reduction.
