Summary: | The electrical conductivity of Zn5oSem from room temperature to 180 deg C has been studied. The sample was prepared using melt cooling technique. Then the sample was characterized in terms of its crystal structure and lattice parameter using X-ray diffraction method. The material was found to be polycrystalline in nature. The electrical conductivity of the sample with voltage at different fixed temperature ranging from room temperature to 180 deg C has been determined. The variation in electrical conductivity is explained on the basis of structural changes in the sample with temperature. |
