Summary: | Electron-impact-induced emission spectra of the radiative transitions from the shifted levels to the level of In+ ion have been studied in the energy range by a VUV-spectroscopic method using a crossed electron and ion beam technique. Strong resonance features were observed in the energy dependence of the emission cross-sections. The structures below the excitation thresholds for the shifted levels are due to the radiative transitions between the autoionizing and states in the process of dielectronic recombination i.e. they are due to dielectronic satellites. The radiative transitions from the shifted levels are the effective channel of population of the level in In+ ion. |
