The preparation of porous ethylene glycol dimethacrylate/divinylbenzene polymeric microspheres is presented. Employing suspension–emulsion polymerization allowed microspheres to be obtained with diameters of 2–20 μm. These materials were investigated as column packings for high‐performance liquid chromatography. Their porous structures in both the dry and wet states were also studied. |
