Summary:We investigate the stability of antiferromagnetic phases at Hund's exchange coupling between two eg electrons JH=0 in a model of LaMnO3, and derive spin and mixed spin-and-orbital excitations for either x2-y2 or 3z2-r2 orbitals occupied. It is found that the superexchange due to t2g electron excitations and the charge transfer processes in the superexchange remove the divergence of quantum corrections and stabilize both ordered phases.
