Studies of the lithium ion transport properties in electrolytic molybdenum oxides

Transport properties of the electrolytic oxide Mo 4O 11 proposed as the cathode material of lithium power sources are discussed. On the basis of the mathematical diffusion models of intercalation/deintercalation under the conditions of cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic mode, the average value of...

Description
Summary:Transport properties of the electrolytic oxide Mo 4O 11 proposed as the cathode material of lithium power sources are discussed. On the basis of the mathematical diffusion models of intercalation/deintercalation under the conditions of cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic mode, the average value of the chemical diffusion coefficient of Li + has been determined as equal to 1.3–6.4×10 −12 cm 2/s.
