Summary: | CuInS2 nanowires synthesized by a chemical treatment process were investigated using field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction. The nanowires were 30-100 nm in diameter and several micrometers in length according to FE-SEM images, and they were identified to have a chalcopyrite structure of CuInS2 by the results of X-ray diffraction. Effects of annealing treatment on the nanowires were also examined. |
