Summary: | Structural characterization and electron spin resonance study of amorphous Fe82Mn4B4Zr10 ribbon with Curie temperature of 262K is presented. According to X-ray diffraction analysis and transmission electron microscopy the alloy represents matrix with embedded micrograin heterogeneities, both existing in amorphous state. Size of the heterogeneities is about 50nm, they show superparamagnetic state up to 500K. |
