Summary: | The coupling gap between traditional open-loop microstrip resonators of high temperature superconductivity (HTSC) filter is too narrow to be fabricated with normal photolithography technology. The mixed couplings of HTSC open-loop microstrip resonators are studied in this paper and a new improved resonator structure that can be fabricated with normal photolithography technology is presented. A six-pole HTSC linear-phase filter is designed with this new structure, the simulated and the tested results are also presented here. |
