Summary:To explore the relationship between changes in neurological deficit severity and the occurrence of adverse cardiac events in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to evaluate the predictive value of NIHSS scores for adverse cardiac events. There were significant differences between the two groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age, high NIHSS score, large intracerebral hemorrhage volume, and high CK level were independent risk factors for adverse cardiac events in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (
