Erythematous annular atrophic patchy lesions in the bilateral axillae

Cutaneous manifestations in dermatomyositis (DM) often lead to a reduced quality of life. We report a patient with axillary DM, a previously unreported cutaneous involvement of DM, to show that we may encounter different sites of involvement.
