Description
Summary:We report a rare case of an infracardiac-type total anomalous pulmonary venous connection with nonconfluent bilateral pulmonary veins in a patient diagnosed with heterotaxy syndrome with right atrial isomerism, mitral valve atresia, a single atrium, and double-outlet right ventricle. On the fourth day of life, the patient underwent successful repair using a sutureless technique. Two years after the surgery, the patient remained well without any signs of pulmonary venous obstruction.
