Yet, comprehension of the respiratory microbiome shifts before and after anti-tuberculosis treatment is limited. This study compares respiratory microbiome profiles in untreated tuberculosis (UTB) and completed TB treatment (CTB) cases with healthy controls, using 16S rRNA sequencing on sputum samples.
