micropropagation is the most valid production method used for disease-free, clonal, and mass production of plants developed using unique breeding methods. This study was carried out to establish appropriate protocols for the micropropagation of 10 (

) hybrid rootstocks obtained by crossbreeding. The maximum micro shoot and shoot length values were obtained from the medium (MED 11) as 3.92 shoots/explant and 14.59 mm, respectively. The best rooting values were obtained from MS medium supplemented with 1.75 mgL

BAP (MED-5) in the rooting study. The highest average root number, root length, and root diameter of shoots 2.79 pcs/explant, 14.36 mm, and 1.15 pcs/explant, respectively, were observed. It is suggested that MS media supplemented with MED-11 (0.1 mg.L
