Summary:To solve the environmental tasks based on the multi-scale and multi-temporal information, coming from the different sources, requires of new tools for storage, systematization and operative analysis of monitoring data. The original software platform (Araktcheev, 2006) suitable for quick and effective construction of multilayer computer information and analytical systems (IAS), is presented in this report with some examples of its application to environmental risk modeling.
