Summary: | The program complex developed for simulation of rarefied gas flows in 2D and 3D geometry on the basis of solution of the Boltzmann kinetic equation is applied for analysis of the performance of a vacuum pump without moving parts. The core of the computer code presents a realization of the conservative projection method for finite-difference solution of the Boltzmann equation. The computational code is build for a cluster system and applies MPI technology of parallel computing. |
